You only pay for the Cipher tokens your mailbox actually needs
Every plan is a monthly pool of Cipher tokens used by our own engine to read, translate and draft replies to customer email. Cipher is not an external add-on; it is built and trained by us, so your brand data stays in the same system. Roughly 1M tokens covers about 100 handled emails, so the bigger your inbox, the bigger the pool. No per-seat licence, no setup fee.
Look at the orders, not the price. Every plan below shows how few extra upsell orders Cipher needs to win before the plan costs you nothing. On most inboxes that is under 1% of the customers you are already emailing.

Then 10% of what we earn you
On top of the token plan we take a 10% share of the revenue Cipher creates: orders placed with a Smilra compensation discount code, and refunds we turn into a replacement or store credit instead. If Cipher generates nothing, that line is zero. The plan fee only covers the tokens; the upside is shared, so we are paid when you win.
